UX/UI Designer

Position: UX/UI Designer
Location: Remote | 9 AM - 6 PM (Moscow Time)

Responsibilities:

- Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and promotional platforms.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and adapt designs based on client feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Create design systems and style guides for scalable projects.
- Optimize design processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
- Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and platforms.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
